Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the general operation of the department
- Monitoring the operation and performance of the HR Information System
- Involving in developing HR policies and procedures
- Handling ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or relevant disciplines
- At least 4 years’ solid experience in full spectrum of HR operation
- Experience in using HRIS
- Working experience in social welfare sector is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good command of computer knowledge and application
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
