Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment, career & training developments, and staff welfare programs
• Be responsible for monthly payroll processing
• Perform as the focal point and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on HR queries
• Provide guidance and support to the other business units
• Prepare various periodical analysis reports for management’s review

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Human Resources or Business
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experiences
• Well versed with HK Labour Ordinance and taxation regulations
• Hands-on experiences in payroll is a must
• Familiar with HRMIS 
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Good hands on PC knowledge
• With good time management, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
