Job Description

Job Duties

  • Develop and design the training plans for management and business stakeholders
  • Lead and launch corporate-wide programs through the domestic and overseas learning institutes
  • Illustrate training programme objectives, design content and select the appropriate activities according to training framework
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training classes to frontline retail staff
  • Develop training manuals and related documentations.
  • Manage and plan the learning programs and complete the formative and summative evaluation
  • Assist superiors to manage the internal affairs, include the co-ordination of training administrative works, general affairs and documentation of the Training Center, aim at providing excellent learning experience to both the learners and the instructors\Participate in formulating and executing the group training rules and regulations, and yearly training budget
  • Assist in coordinating and executing a series of senior executive learning and development programs and events
  • Work closely with internal departments and training vendors for the coordinating and executing of in-house training programs 
  • Responsible for handling the daily administrative and secretarial duties of the whole HRD team
  • Responsible for conducting new hire orientation programme
  • Conduct training needs analysis and provide consultancy service to departments of corporate office to identify their needs and recommend training solutions

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management,Business Administration or related discipline, professional qualifications in learning and development preferred
  • At least 7 years working experience in Training and Development with at least 2 years’ experience in sizable company
  • Experienced in engaging business stakeholders and professional learning institutes in HK and overseas to analyze training needs, design and develop training programs based on given budget and resources
  • Good leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proficient in computer skills including good PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must.
  • Willing to travel overseas occasionally to lead and manage the learning events
  • For candidates with less experience, Senior Training Officer will be considered
