My client a leading multinational organisation and true market leader is looking to appoint a HRBP for their expanding team.  This is a newly created role working closely with the business leaders for all HR matters including C&B, Organisation development, ER,  recruitment, resource planning and performance management.  Additionally there is a strong emphasis on internal training with the designing and implementing of future programs.
 
The role will suit an experienced HR manager or HR business partner with a strong background working with large multinational complex organisations in a client facing role.  The HR professional will ideally have a specialised area within HR like C&B or OD but not essential.  Fluent in English is vital for the role. The successful candidate will have the ability to solve problems and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
