Job Description

A Global Mobility Services Manager is required in Hong Kong. 

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations in accordance with each client agreement or terms and conditions and under the direction of the management.

The Mobility Services Manager plays a key role in managing the expectations and interactions in all stakeholders in the relocation process to ensure a successful outcome.

Responsibilities include;

  • Manage a team of global assignment consultants – provide leadership, support and guidance
  • Deliver assignment management services in line with the Client contracts and any additional services as required and approved by the management
  • Oversee quality of operational processes and procedures for the client assignments
  • Manage client contract to ensure high standard of service delivery through regular meetings, KPI reporting and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • A college degree, qualification in Human resources or related discipline highly desirable
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in relocation, human resources, accounting or finance; preferably with experience in living abroad with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures
  • Proven track records, strategic and results-driven with strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of oral and written English; a third language is a plus
  • Strong customer service background with ability to build relationships; proven skills in project and service partner management are required
  • A Team player and self-starter with initiative and drive
  • Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
