Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Perform receptionist duties and manage reception counter
· Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
· General office and administrative duties and provide administrative support to senior management
· Assist in internal and external event management
· Maintaining and purchasing of office supplies
· Assist in all-round office co-ordination and office utilities
· Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Required Skills:
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience working for a multi-national company is a must
· Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
· Excellent English and Cantonese (must be fluent). Mandarin would be an advantage.
· Proficiency in MS applications skills, in particular, MS Excel and Words
· Good time management skills and the ability to meet dead-lines
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to work and communicate well with individuals at different levels with different culture
· Willing to serve and support with a cheerful and positive spirit and attitude
