Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project schedules, documentation, and provide administrative support to the team; major at in-house support but may have site-works in minor;
• Communication and coordination with vendor, clients, sub-contractors & relevant parties;

Requirements:

• T.I or University graduate in related discipline;
• 1 year post qualification experience with relevant working experience; Fresh Graduate will be considered;
• PC knowledge, MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Knowledge in AutoCAD and Google Sketch up will be an advantage;
• Good command of written & spoken English/Cantonese (Mandarin would be an advantage);
• Experienced in coordination between design, drawings, materials;
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
