Responsibilities:

• Perform full range of business and administrative support.
• Meetings arrangement and follow up the completion of action items.
• Assist in coordination with internal and external parties.
• Draft variety of business documents, correspondences and reports independently with professional quality.
• Assist in formulating workflow, policy and guideline.
• Travel arrangements including flights and accomodation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline;
• 4 years' relevant experience in Secretary/ Executive Assistant.
• Professional level in both English and Chinese.
• Fluent in Putonghua is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese processing.
• Organised, attention to detail, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in IT project and/ or lease management is an advantage.
