Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and review monthly payroll calculation
• Handle recruitment and selection process
• Update and maintain staff files, personal data, leave and attendance records
• Handle employee queries on HR matters
• Participant in ad hoc tasks and others HR related projects as assigned
• Operation support in partnership with General Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3-4 years experience in retail industry is highly preferred
• Responsible, detail-minded, team-work oriented and willing to take up challenge
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws
