Duties:-

 The appointee will be required to

*       Supervise the daily operation of centre to ensure the workingflow runs smoothly

*       Maintain good relationship with parents by providingcomprehensive customer service

*      Providing support to all of the English Teachers including arranging the meeting with schools, providing teaching materials and assisting in classes etc.

*      Planning and organizing different language courses for Schools

*      Responsible for arranging the teacher supply system

*       5 days work & working on Saturdays is a must.

*       Willing to travel around HK

*       Contract Period: April 2016 to October 2016

 Qualifications :-

Applicants should have

*       F.5 or above, Fluent Chinese & English

*       1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience preferred

*       Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel,PowerPoint*      

*       Pleasant personality, cheerful, enthusiastic, detail-mindedand independent

*       A good team player with integrity, proactive and committed attitude
