Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of office administration functions including office supplies and office equipment maintenance etc.  
• Handling receptionist duties of greeting guests, answering the phone, and courier services etc.
• Assist in handling data input, document filing and company expense claims
• Provide assistance on HR matter including leave record, part-time staff OT record etc.
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the field of company administration
  

Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience with LCCI knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office application and Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of responsibility, smart and willing to learn
