• Greeting guests and general reception duties
• In charge of the switchboard
• Handling incoming phone calls, courier/mail arrangements and fax services
• Preparing for meetings, conferences, functions and event
• Inventory control and maintenance of office equipment, pantry and cleanliness of the office (including conference rooms)
• To provide clerical support to administration work and filing duties, as well as maintain proper records of documentation and correspondences.
• Assisting in handling the telecommunication and IT system
• Assisting in handling employee reimbursement claims
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
