Job Responsibilities:

• Act as receptionist back-up, perform duties, such as handling all incoming call, greeting customers, incoming and outgoing mails, courier services etc;
• Handle reservation and maintain logs of visitor arrivals
• Assist the supervisor to provide support in all Office Administration operational matters
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1 year relevant experience
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Good command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Pleasant character with excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Punctual, responsible & attentive to details
• Immediately available is preferred
