Specific Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of reception counter, handling telephone calls and greeting visitors.
• Perform inventory management including stock take and order replenishment
• To up-date and maintain the Leave Record in MRC system
• Responsible for repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities
• Handling Medical Claims
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Qualifications and Requirements

Work Experiences :

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience

Education :

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration

Language(s) & Skill(s) :

• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Others (if any) :

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative, team player, detail-minded, punctual and positive working attitude
