Our client, a reputed FMCG chain in Hong Kong, is now looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the small HR & Admin team.

Job's duties:

• Act as the HR representative for employee relations issues;
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to create a collaborative work environment consistent with the Company's core values;
• Handle full-cycle recruitment, compensation research & reviews, employee & labour relations, performance management, benefits & MPF administration, insurance & commission schemes
• Involve functioning as a liaison to support & provide recommendations with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, policies & procedures, etc.;
• Resolve payroll issues at various operating locations;
• Prepare reports of payroll, time & attendance record

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Tertiary education in Human Resources or Business Administration
• With 5 years of hands-on experience in HR & office administration 
• Good knowledge of HK employment ordinances & HR practices
• Detail-minded, well-organized, independent & self-motivates
• Good command of English and Chinese
