• Follow proper procedures and best practices with productivity and work quality up to required standard.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Provide proactive follow up and excellent service to our customers.
• Provide feedback and reports to management about customer needs.
• Implement

Requirement:

• Tertiary education in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service .
• Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detailed oriented and a good team player.
• High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Highly customer focused and results driven.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly using Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
