Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support and comply with the quality procedures to increase the customer service quality.
- Follow proper procedures and best practices with productivity and work quality up to required standard.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Provide proactive follow up and excellent service to our customers.
- Provide feedback and reports to management about customer needs.
- Implement
- customer services related projects.
Requirement:
- Tertiary education in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service .
- Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detailed oriented and a good team player.
- High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Highly customer focused and results driven.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly using Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
