Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full cycle of end to end recruitment on both the Client and Candidate side from understanding client’s requirements, to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, evaluating, presenting profiles to client and job offer negotiation
• Able to build relationship with both clients and candidates so as to deliver outstanding quality services
• Achieve sales target and ensure continued growth of business from existing and new accounts
• Maintain accurate and complete records on all job orders and candidate personal files
• Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced and result-driven environment

Requirements

• Diploma / degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 1- 2 years of solid HR experience
• Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively to engage with senior candidates, regional leaders and colleagues
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
