Requirements
-
Form 5 or above;
- 1-2 years relevant experience;
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Putonghua and Japanese, Japanese is a MUST and level 2 or above;
- Good telephone manner with excellent communciation skills, able to deal with people from different levels and diverse cultures;
- Cheerful, polite, helpful, good team player, stable and able to work indenpendently;
- Good knowledge in MS word, Excel and Power Point;
- Immediately available preferably.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for incoming calls, visitors or enquiries greetings;
- Handle flights, hotel bookings for office travelers;
- Manage incoming mails and parcels;
- Control and distribute office supplies;
- Arrange the bookng from office staff for the meeting rooms;
- Provide clerical support for HR & Admin Dept. such as payroll calculation;
- Assist in general data entry and documentation;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments.
