Responsibilities: 

-         Oversee, manage and ensure the smooth operation of the school

-         Monitor the administration staffs and undertake certain HR activities

-         Regular audit and review operations and time schedule arrangement and      allocation in order to improve and advance resources allocation

-         Oversee and manage the entire student registrar

-         Monitor and allocate the facility and inventory management

-         Handle and investigate complaints from student

-         Assist all school activities and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

-         University Graduate in BBA or Hospitality Management or related discipline

-         Minimum of 3 to 4 years back office operations experience, included staff      management, administration, HR and customer service

-         Extremely strong leadership, management and communication skills

-         With Music Training is highly preferable

-        Willing to work over time and on Saturday & Sunday

-      Immediate availability is a must
