Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily secretarial duties including travel arrangement.
  • Assist in preparation of promotion brochures, product labels, quotations etc.
  • Request samples from suppliers and follow up routine.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Chinese W.P., Excel and Photoshop.
  • Organized, independent and flexible.
  • Previously worked in trading firm an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered as on-job training will be provided.
  • Immediately available preferred.
