Job responsibilities:

• Solicit & pay frequent visit to local retail customers.
• Monitor the existing dealers account, including Sell-in, Merchandising and targeted action plans for each individual markets (Domestic/China/ Macau/Asia).
• Maintain close control over distribution network to ensure that the brand is well represented and promoted.
• Working closely with an Marketing team to develop suitable Sales/Brand orientated campaign;
• Preparing proposals and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide sales services & support to customers, including product presentation, order follow up, after sales services, supply of sales/promotional materials.
• Prepare sales related reports, presentation, market research and analyses for weekly management meeting.
• Other ADHOC duties

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the domestic branded/luxury watch retail/wholesale industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Skills required: Strong analytical skills, figure oriented, quick thinking and decision making, good interpersonal skills to develop close relationship with business partners.
• Strong ability to develop DISTRIBUTOR/Dealer network in local Hong Kong, China and worldwide
• Behavioral competencies: Ability to work independently and with strong business sense, good team player.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
