Our client is seeking VP, HR Compensation & Benefits to join their team. Candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and pay review, rewards, compensation and benefits policy
• Prepare regular HR reports for management meeting on a timely manner
• Provide innovative ideas and recommendations to improve the overall quality of HR services level
• Perform market intelligence on the remuneration package
  
• Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking and provide recommendations
  
• Support headcount and staff cost management
• Act as coordinator across departments and vendors to gather user requirements on system enhancement projects
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as requested

 Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business or related professional qualification
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience with solid exposure in analytics, compensation and benefits administration and HRIS management
• Solid exposure in planning and executing various HR related projects
• Familiar with analytics and reporting including advanced Excel, Access Database creation and set up queries
• Ability to work under pressure, well-versed in communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
