Job responsibilities:

• To plan and design the overall curriculum
• To plan and manage recruiting process for the academic year, ensure all teachers and instructors are experienced and well qualified
• To manage daily operation for the kindergartens
• To plan and conduct cost analysis, cost control and develop budget and manpower allocation and for the equipment and facilities

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Early Childhood Education or related academic disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years solid experience in international/ bilingual kindergartens
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Experience in marketing and building relationships with parents and the community to enhance the students’ learning
• Proven track record in management skills, strong and professional experience in designing and developing education programs
• Willing to work in major cities in Mainland China
