Due to expansion, we are looking for an Administration Officer to handle both administrative and secretarial tasks. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director
• Arranging and maintaining daily schedules, including arrangement of appointments and business meetings
• Handling routine correspondence and providing general secretarial support
• Supporting business operations by typing up CV profiles for Consultants and providing other administrative assistance
• Participating in ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word (English and Chinese Word Processing) and Excel
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, self-motivated, dedicated and hard working with strong sense of responsiblity
• Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a definite plus
• Immediately available is highly preferred
