Responsibilities

• handling end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to drafting of job descriptions, drafting and posting of advertisements, short-listing of applications, conducting interviews and liaising with hiring manager for selection and placement;
• providing professional advices to the hiring managers on all recruitment-related matters;
• monitoring the recruitment schedules and preparing recruitment progress reports and statistics;
• conducting pre-employment reference checks, verification of past employment records and income proof; and
• handling any other recruitment-related administrative duties such as coordinating with the candidates throughout the recruitment process and on-boarding arrangement.

Requirements

• university degree in Human Resources management or equivalent;
• at least 3 years’ solid experience in recruitment preferably wit headhunting background in Private Equity and Finance;
• With strong business mind, able and willing to take ownership, could work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment
• well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, other HR related regulations / ordinances and PRC labour law;
• proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
