We are a leading education centre looking for a customer service officer to join our administration team. This role would be suitable for fresh graduate and experienced service officer.

As the customer service officer, you will:

• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
• Manage and update student/parent accounts
• Provide parents and students information regarding courses
• Perform general administration tasks
• Support other departments
• Contact tutors and parents

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and communicative.

The successful candidate will also have:

• A warm, approachable manner
• Experience using MS office software
• Chinese typing skill
