Job Duties:

• Perform data capture & verification for new business application, change requests & claims application
  
  
• Responsible for document scanning, filing, policy binding and record keeping
  
  
• Provide supports and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the system enhancements and changes
  
  
• Provide general clerical support to Operations Departments
  
  
• Assist in projects and handle ad hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Tertiary graduate with at least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.  Fresh Graduate will also be considered for the title of Operation Assistant.
  
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint & Chinese word-processing)
  
  
• Initiative, responsible and attentive to details
