Job purpose:  

Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures. Support human resource duties including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, Payroll and other HR Administration duties.

 Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 

1. Assist in financial reporting, cash flow management, budget & forecast preparation, financial analysis for local companies
2. Review and compile companies’ financial statements and balance sheet for reasonableness and accuracy
3. Payment coordination for regional companies/offices
4. Assist to ensure internal control compliance in key operation cycles among regional offices
5. Liaises with external auditors, tax agents, banks and government agencies
6. Responsible for local new staff recruitment, selection and joining formalities.
7. Assist in reviewing & updating HR policies and procedures.
8. Participate in local monthly payroll and MPF.
9. Process resignation / termination / dismissal, and administer clearance for staff leaving the Organization as well as to process final salary computation.
10. Manage and maintain company and employee insurances.
11. Manage and maintain yearly performance appraisal review.

 Requirements:

• Possess a recognized tertiary/ professional qualification in Accountancy (ACCA or HKICPA)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional working experience (prior audit experience will be an advantage)
