Job Description

• Responsible for handling a full set of accounts including daily accounting duties, accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee and monitor the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare the financial and management report, forecast and annual budget, assist to interpret all transactions and events for management
• Handle payroll
• Responsible for providing administrative support to management
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested

 Requirement

• Form 7 or above with LCCI 3
• Three years experience in the accounting field is a must
• Able to handle a full set of accounts independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good administration and excellent skills of MS office including Excel and Words
• Knowledge of accounting software (PeachTree preferred)
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accounting Manager
