General Summary of the Position

Asia Finance and Strategy Team is in need of a temporary dedicated resource to assist in finance check on suppliers. This position will be in a 9-month contract and subject to renewal upon business need and satisfactory performance of candidate.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities

• Help out finance check by reviewing supplier financial statements
• Assist in set up on monthly reporting of new entity

Key Position Requirements

• Immediate available is highly preferred

Education

• LCCI is preferred
• Fresh graduates from universities are welcomed

Job Experience

• Data entry experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Good command of basic business English
• Able to read Chinese
• Proficiency in using Excel e.g. Vlookup, Pivot tables

• Self initiated and proactive
• Good organization ability
