Responsibilities:

• Formulate and improve the company’s financial management and internal control system, according to the company’s management and internal control requirements;

• Participate in company’s operational decision making and provide strategic support for the board of directors of the company;

• Responsible for company’s financial accounting and budget management;

• Responsible for company's capital operation planning, monitoring and management;

• Provide financial analysis and decision making basis for company’s significant operation events, business development, foreign investment and other items;

• Understand the company development status and needs and responsible for the tax affairs preparation;

• Familiar with relevant financial policy in Hong Kong and the United States, and feedback to the general manager and related departments in time;

• Manage daily work of the financial department.

1. 根据集团管理、内控要求，制定并完善公司财务管理及监控体系；

2. 参与公司经营决策，为公司董事会制定公司战略提供支持；

3. 负责公司财务核算与预算管理；

4. 负责公司资金运营计划、监控与管理；

5. 参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业重大经营事件、业务发展及对外投资等事项提供财务分析和决策依据；

6. 了解公司发展状况和需求，负责税务筹划；

7. 及时掌握香港及美国相关财务政策并反馈总经理及相关部门；

8. 对公司计划财务部门的日常工作进行管理。

    

    

   Requirements:

• Education background:

  international well-known universities’ MS degree in Economics, Auditing, Investing, Finance or other relevant majors or above;

• Professional certificate：

  hold an accountant certificate of Hong Kong is necessary, hold a CPA, ACCA or CFA certificate is a plus;

• Working experience:

  more than five years’ management working experience in futures, securities firms, Banks and other financial institutions;

  3 years working experience in well-known investment Banks financial management;

• Familiar with HKFRS and GAAP;

• Have a wealth of financial management, capital planning, financing and capital market operation experience with strong financial analysis, decision-making and judgment skills;

  strong organization, management and coordination skills;

• language requirements: fluent in Mandarin and English (written and oral).

4. 熟悉HKFRS和GAAP；

5. 具有丰富的财务管理、资金筹划、融资及资本市场运作经验，极强的财务分析、决策、判断能力，组织、管理、协调能力；

6. 语言要求：中文、英文流利。
