Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full set of financial matters, annual audit and tax matters
• Prepare financial & management reports, forecast and analysis reports on schedule for management review.
• Full accountability to book of account and routine daily operations.
• Assist in managing cash flow & treasury duties such as L/C, T/R, Trade Finance ….. Etc.
• Perform Ad-hoc Projects as assigned
• Office is in Wong Chuk Hang (Aberdeen).  Plus regular trips to China factory (in Dongguan, twice a month) and to Vietnam factory (one or two times per year) for working are needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance/ or any related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years solid working experience in manufacturing industry plus 1 year in supervisory level is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in MYOB accounting software is preferred
• Good Command of English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication & interpersonal skill, positive, self-motivated, good team player, and able to work under pressure
