Job responsibilities:

§          Handle full set of accounts and cost management, including issue & dispatch             cheques, debit notes, etc.

§          Handle Income & Expenditure report

§          Assist for cashflow planning, financial reporting, budgeting & external audit                 preparation 

§          Liaison with auditors, bankers & relevant authorities

§          Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements:

§         Higher Dipolma in accounting or equivalent professional qualification

§         Preferably with at least two-year experience in accounting or property fields

§         Well conversant with MS Excel, Words

§         Proficiency in FLEX. Accounting software are an advantage

§         Able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility

§         Good written & spoken English and Chinese

§         Immediate available is highly preferred
