Job Description:

• To handle full set of books and accounts;
• To prepare monthly financial reports (P&L Accounts and Balance Sheets) ;
• To handle account payable and receivable including payment records ;
• Assist in financial analysis for projects and financial agreements review
• To perform inventory control and assets control ;
• To perform basic HR duties like payroll, MPF etc. (staff 20-30 people);
• Responsible for accomplishing company annual audit tasks according to external audit requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Accounting;
• Qualified member or finalist of HKICPA /ACCA is preferred;
• 2 years or above working experience in similar grade of commercial accounting field;
• Proficient in common office software (Microsoft Word and Excel) and computerized Accounting systems;
• Familiar with accounting regulations; Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Self-motivated, independent, hard working with good interpersonal skills;
• Immediate available are preferred
