Responsibilities:

• assist  in performing a wide range of investor relations activities to establish and maintain good and long-term relationships with our Group’s local and overseas investors
• assist in planning and implementing effective strategies and programmes; conducting research and analysis; drafting of business review; preparing PowerPoint presentation and reviewing brokers’ research reports as well as administrative control

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Accounting / Finance / Banking or other related disciplines
• at least 4 - 5 years’ relevant experience gained in investment banks / brokerage firms / corporate environment of listed property companies
• sound knowledge in financial & stock market to deal with investors and analysts tactfully and professionally
• excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with good numeric and business sense
• initiative, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure with minimal supervision
• highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• an advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel in financial analysis

We work 5 days per week.
