Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and monitor liquid capital and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and ensure disclosure requirements are met
• Take lead in the system implementation process and set up set up the internal financial and control system
• Responsible in group financial reporting and liaison with PRC parent company
• Provide guidance and advice to the team and monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of financial reporting
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Qualified accountant with certification, such as HKICPA or CP
• Minimum 5 years experience from securities firms or financial institutions (SFC Type 1,2 & 9 business)
• Experience in FRR reporting and liquid capital monitoring is MUST
• Self-motivated, strong integrity and able to work independently
• Good spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
