Job duties

• Prepare monthly management reports, periodic forecasts, annual budget and 3 year plan.
• Conduct revenue and expense variance analysis. Articulate current issues, provide analytical views, and assess risk and opportunities.
• Review monthly performance, draw quality analysis and provide insights to the business
• Support the management in business strategy formation and assessment of future risk implication
• Manage the execution and review of expenses approval process
• Supervise a small team of staff to perform daily accounting functions
• Assist in performing ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Accountancy / Finance / Business Studies or related discipline with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years or above financial analysis experience preferably gained in sizeable organization and Big 4
• Strong financial analysis, good business acumen, drive results, think top-down, ability to “make-things-happen”
• Experience in mobilizing new initiatives, motivating small team, drive changes with independent problem solving skills
• Excellent business presentation and communication skills, with confidence to speak to senior management
• Well versed in presentation skills and report writing
• Good command of English, with proposal writing skill is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Office application, experience in SAP software is a definite advantage
