Job Description

To assist in managing the Financial and Associate Services including Accounting, Office Administration and Information Technologies & Services.

Job Duties

1)       To co-ordinate with various departments for cost analysis and cost control

2)       To maintain accurate stock movement and internal control on warehousing

3)       To monitor the stock take and inventory related issue

4)       To prepare periodic financial reports and various analysis

5)       To prepare cost and sales report

6)       To assist in ad hoc analysis to support project planning and development

7)       To assist in developing and maintain internal control standards & policies

8)       To assist in developing  managerial & cost accounting processes and reports

9)       To assist in preparation of budget and forecasts

10)     To assist in Interface with Account Services and Technical Services departments for information gathering and reporting

11)     Other ad hoc assignments

Characteristics & Requirements

A)      Higher Diploma / Degree in Accounting

B)      5-8 years experience in Multi-National setting

C)      Experience in  using SAP ByDesign will be an advantage but not essential

D)      Hands-on experience in using ERP system, MS Access, and Excel

E)      Proficiency in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin

F)      Mature, initiative with good analytical and communications skills with different levels

G)      Occasional travel to PRC is required
