Job Description
Chanco Investment Group is a medium-sized developer/hotel operator in Hong Kong. Butterfly Hotel and Serviced Apartment Group Limited (a member of Chanco Investment Group) is one of the fastest growing boutique hotel chains in Hong Kong. Having launched and managed 6 hotels, the Group is working on opening more of the kind in the territory.
To support this rapid growth, we are now looking for high caliber, experienced and most importantly devoted & dedicated professionals for the following career opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Review and manage all day-to-day and monthly Purchase Requisition in an organized and timely manner;
- Source products, obtain quotation and samples, negotiate price and contractual terms in accordance with the Company requirements for best available deals and cost savings;
- Monitor and follow up the delivery and quality of products with vendors;
- Liaise with user departments and vendors closely;
- Update and maintain accurate purchasing database and records;
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements :
- Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above;
- Certificate / Diploma or above in Purchasing and Supply Studies or related disciplines is an advantage;
- At least 3 years’ working experience in the purchasing field, preferably in the hotel industry;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Good price negotiation and costing control skills;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong organization and time management skills;
- Independent and committed with high efficiency;
- Detail-minded with excellent interpersonal skill;
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
