Responsibilities:

• Prepare FRR/financial reporting earned from SFC Regulated Licensed Corporations;
• Perform budget, forecast and financial analysis;
• Ensure full compliance with the firm's finance policies and procedures and for the observance of those financial systems, controls and reporting mechanisms which have been established;
• Liaise with internal and external auditor for statutory and internal audit;
• Provide support and information to other business divisions on products and services of various financial institutions;
• Responsible for year-end audit and tax compliances.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Accounting or related discipline;
• 8 years’ experience in accounting field; working experience in brokerage firms or financial institutions is a must;
• Member of CPA , ACCA or equivalent is a definite advantage;
• Proficiency in PC Skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Reliable, hard-working, attentive to details and well-organized, work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager.
• Immediate available is preferred.
