Job Description
One of the largest logistic company looks for a Human Resources Manager position:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to give support on overall HR functions in Hong Kong and PRC offices
- Review and implement policies and guidelines relating to Compensation and Benefits
- Manage and deliver payroll services for the Group independently
- Support and coordinate the Group HR strategy for HK and the PRC such as talent management and employee relations
- Provide advice on organization design and manpower planning to support overall business objectives
- Develop and implement HR related policies, processes and systems in compliance with local regulations
- Lead, develop and provide direction / feedback to maximize the contribution of each individual in the department
- Implement performance management for monitoring staff performance and executing reward plans
- As a generalist providing a full range of quality, customer-focused human resources advice and services for the group
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline, specialized HR qualification or Professional HR affiliations such as Institute of HR Management or equivalent will definitely be an advantage
- 8-10 years of relevant HR experience with minimum 3 years at supervisory / managerial level
- HR Professional with either People Development or Compensation & Benefits will also be considered
- Excellent communications skills and be able to deal with people of all levels
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must
- Possess good business acumen and willing to be hands on
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with assertive and influential personality
