Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of Accounts,
• Complete and review the month end closing
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports & supporting schedules
• Perform accounts analysis and intercompany reconciliation
• Assist in improvement of internal control system
• Monitor the Bank balance and perform the monthly Cash Flow Statement
• Responsible for Inventory accounting and also Fixed Asset management
• To supervise the junior staff on daily accounting operations
• To arrange and participate the company stock take activities
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Finance or Accounting;
• 5-8 years or above working experience in accounting field, preferably in manufacturing industry;
• Knowledge of financial and accounting practices in PRC, China tax system is an advantage
• Hand on experience in Flex Accounting System is an definite advantage;
• Proficiency in PC applications especially high proficiency in using MS Excel
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Experienced with automating and streamlining work process
• Detail-oriented, responsible, independent, self-motivated and interpersonal
