A Fortune 500 company who are market leaders in consumer products and have global manufacturing operations worldwide, are searching for an Internal Audit Manager to become a key part of their Hong Kong operations and to be based there. This role will also cover their China and US markets as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stationed in Hong Kong, but travel to China and the US would be required
• Reporting to the Internal Audit Director
• You will be planning, performing and managing audits of various business units (including SOX compliance audits) to test controls, substantiate account balances, and recommend process improvements
• Participating in special audit assignments and projects including  financial analysis, special reviews, system implementations, and fraud investigations
• Compiling and presenting audit reports with recommendations for improvements to management
• Managing external resources on various audits that complies with audit procedures

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• 4+ years of audit experience with exposure in Big 4 accounting firm is preferred
• Excellent knowledge in US GAAP
• Drive execution independently and across different cultures with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• The ability to be commercially astute with strong business acumen, good analytical and problem solving skills
• Willing to travel to the US and China (30-50%)
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
