Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Personal Assistant to Chairman, responsible for Chairman’s travel arrangement, including translation (Mandarin-English), itinerary, hotel and visa etc;
• Assist to manage company’s private jet and vehicle, including flight plan, administration, expense, maintenance and insurance, etc;
• Provide oral and written translation to chairman and senior managements;
• Handle travel, accommodation and visa application for guests and senior management;
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the HR & Admin Department;
• Other ad-hoc tasks and personal matters as assigned by senior management;
• Travel is required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Linguistic, Translation, Business Administrations or related disciplines;
• Willing to travel and work overtime if necessary;
• At least 5 years secretarial experience, experience in private jet is preferred;
• Good command of written and speaking of English and Mandarin;
• Mature, presentable with good interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player; and
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
