Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the prime role to handle customers and overseas offices' enquiries and resolve complex cases
- Work with internal departments to seek possible solution for customers
- Devote the best effort to attain high level of customer satisfaction via teamwork
- Assist to prepare statistical data and/or report as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or above ** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply **
- 1-2 years' solid experience in customer services or banking/finance industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is prerequisite,
- Five-day work, willing to perform shift duty
- DSE graduate are welcome
