Key Responsibilities:

• Take the prime role to handle customers and overseas offices' enquiries and resolve complex cases
• Work with internal departments to seek possible solution for customers
• Devote the best effort to attain high level of customer satisfaction via teamwork
• Assist to prepare statistical data and/or report as assigned from time to time
  
  
  

Requirements：

• Diploma or above ** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply **
• 1-2 years' solid experience in customer services or banking/finance industry is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is prerequisite,
• Five-day work, willing to perform shift duty
