• Handle general enquiries and to provide worldwide medical assistance
• Provide Int’l Healthcare solution; security services
• Customer data processing
• Establish and maintain mutual relationships with customer and clinics

Job Requirements 

• Minimum education: form 7 or above
• Proven work experience, preferably in Healthcare/Insurance field but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Good PC skills
• Willingness and able to take on additional responsibilities
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
