Responsibilities: 

• General clerical support in filing, data entry and etc.
• Update system for cost & item lead-time
• Update system for sample ETA and sample ship date
• Maintain the PD tracker spreadsheet
• Print and prepare sample boards with attach disclaimers and make ready for actual sample attachment
• Update pricing for order processing
• Update system for approval sent by Product Development Director
• Handle request for sales reference sample preparation
• Prepare and print approval documents and artwork
• Perform any other duty as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:  

• Form 7 or above
• At least 3 years experience in data entry with attention to detail, accuracy, achieving high productivity
• Experience in trims/garment industry preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in computer applications and common software
• Immediate available preferred
