The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations and provide support work duty for a group of 10-12 stores in order to achieve sales targets and operation standards. He / She needs to ensure the proper control of inventory management, expenses monitoring as well as provide coaching and training to frontline staff to ensure efficient manpower management and quality customer services in our retail stores.

• University graduate preferred. Non-university graduate with strong background will also be considered;
• With 4-5 years retail work experience in which 2-3 years in managerial level with similar role, preferably in FMCG or food related retail industry;
• Aggressive, reliable and self-motivated;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Area Manager.
