Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management; including but not limited to coordination of meetings, minutes taking, manage travel itineraries, preparing presentation materials and reports
• Handle daily schedule, incoming calls and personal matters
• Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for event organizing
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements 

• Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training.
• 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in sizable company
• Proficient in MS Office Applications & Chinese word processing, Excel, Power point
• Flexible, easy-going, proactive with good attitude and high attention to details
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Immediate available an advantage
• Working location : Wong Chuk Hang
