The incumbent will be responsible to provide administrative and secretarial supports to the Director such as screening and handling phone calls and enquiries as well as filtering incoming emails, faxes and post. Besides, negotiating with external organizations for order placement, shipping activities and import operations are needed.

• Higher Diploma graduate or above with formal secretarial training is an advantage;
• At least 2 years secretarial and import operations experience;
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Work Location: Wong Chuk Hang.
